Day 2 - 4
Trying to contain our excitement, we'll respond to your inquiry, answering any questions you've asked and maybe even asking a few of our own to start getting to know you.
Day 4 - 12
If we click (we will!), we'll start putting together a concept for you. It'll basically be a detailed plan of what we intend to produce for you, based on all our previous conversations. At this stage we will give you a good indication of price.
Day 12 - 24
When you're happy with our concept sketches/doodles and everything else we might conjure up to illustrate our plan for you, we'll require a deposit (usually around £50), at which point we'll fire up the design elves.

WORK IN PROGRESS
We'll be in touch regularly throughout the design process to give you updates, share sneak-peaks, and make sure we're heading in the direction we all thought we were!

BING! DESIGN'S READY!
With a little flourish, we'll unveil our designs to you. If there are any tweaks, we'll make them now, rendering your unique design sparkly and utterly perfect!
SEAL THE DEAL
We'll send you our invoice, and upon receipt of your payment, Moose will run frantically down to Pets at Home to get that new toy he's been eyeing up. Whilst he's doing that, we'll start on the printing process.
Day 26 - 31
WAIT A MINUTE MR POSTMAN
Knock, knock! Your shiny new bespoke wedding set has arrived on your doorstep!
(and Moose thanks you for his new squeaky ball, but don't worry, you're busy being blown away!)
All the timings are, of course, approximate. It's a very organic process. If you know exactly what you want, it can go faster. If what you want requires a great deal of content creation, it might take longer. Contact us and we'll give you a timeline that's accurate for you!
