Q: I can't find the perfect product for me.... HELP!

We're currently in the process of recategorising and listing our existing 'ready to buy' product line, which is leaving our online store a little empty. As such, we'd recommend getting in touch with any thoughts and style you might already have, as we have already have the perfect thing just for you!

Q: There's a product in your store that I like, but can I change something about it?
A: Yes! Get in touch! Absolutely everything you see can be changed and made special just for you. The best thing to do is get in touch!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Pre-existing designs ordered from my store will enter production within 24 hours of the final design being approved by you. You should then receive them between 1-2 weeks. A rush service is available – get in touch to find out more.
For bespoke orders, the same timeframe applies, however the design time will be as discussed and agreed with you as part of your quotation.

Q: Can I order a sample?
A: Samples of our pre-existing designs are available to purchase on our website and these will not be personalised with your information. Samples of bespoke orders will be charged accordingly and prices start at £25.00 due to the fact that we outsource our printing services and small print runs cost much more to fulfil.
